2012 Billboard Music Awards – Brandy. First let me just say that I am loving Brandy with curly hair. I know I talked about her new look last week, but she looks great rocking curly hair. She was spotted at last night’s awards wearing a goregous nude colored Herve Leger dress that fit her beautifully. The dress was a low cut mini dress that ended in fringes and featured silver hardware for edge. She finished the look with smoky blue eyes, nude lips, and gold accessories. See her full look below.
